ORDER:                   

                      Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the JDs has made a statement that the JDs will repair the phone set on payment of Rs.1000/- by the Decree Holder. Thereafter, Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by  submitting that his grievance has been redressed. Their statements have been recorded separately.                   

 2.                Therefore, in view of the statement made by the parties, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
