The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 50,000/- as full and final settlement to be released to the complainant within four weeks from 25.09.2023 since the confirmation consent has to come from Mumbai office.

 The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
