Inspite of that, steps for service of notice upon respondent No. 1 have not been taken by the appellant.
No adjournment application has also been moved on behalf of the appellant.
It appears that the appellant is not interesting in pursuing the appeal.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
