Counsel for JDs made a statement that according to the order of this Commission, the insurance company has issued a cheque bearing No.000213 dated 11.10.2024 for Rs.3,72,033.56/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Seventy Two Thousand Thirty Three Only) in the  name of Poonam (Decree-holder).

                   The learned counsel for the DH has also made a statement that he has read and heard the above-mentioned statement given by learned counsel for the JDs. So, he does not want to proceed further with the execution and withdraws the same.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel for both the parties, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
