On the joint request of Ld. Counsels for the complainant and Opposite Party No. 1 file taken up today and opposite party No. 1 has given one cheque to the complainant on this Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that today I have received a cheque bearing No. 855912 dated 20.5.2022 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank Branch Mumbai for total amount of Rs. 49,899.56 Paise today payable in the name of complainant. I do not want to pursue the present complaint further as the claim of the complainant has been fully satisfied. Now nothing is due towards the opposite party of the complainant.

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Copy of order will be supplied by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
