Ld. Advocate for the complainant appears and submits his case. Upon considering his  submissions and on scrutiny of the entire materials on record it appears that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to adjudicate the case since both the o.p.s are beyond the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. It appears from the cause title of this case that the office of the o.p. no. 1 is in Mumbai and o.p. no. 2 is in New Delhi.

In view of the above observation the instant case is rejected due to territorial jurisdiction. The complainant is at liberty to file the instant case on the selfsame cause of action before the appropriate Forum.
