Sh. Anuj Mohan Gupta Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party No. 1 and suffered the statement that the opposite party No. 1 is ready to compromise the matter with the complainant and opposite party No. 1 is ready to pay Rs. 40,000/- to the complainant being full and final settlement of his claim within 45 days from today. On the other hand, Sh. Gurpreet Singh complainant alongwith his counsel Sh. M.S. Sekhon suffered the statement that I have heard the statement of counsel of opposite party No. 1 and he is ready to compromise the matter in Rs. 40,000/- being full and final settlement of his claim and the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn. 

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. The parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
