Present complainant in person alongwith counsel and Counsel for OP-1. Both the parties arrived at a settlement before Delhi Govt. Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 17.10.2017 and filed copy of settlement order. The complainant filed an application stating that OP-1 has made the payments of insurance claim to the complainant of Rs.3,01,273/- as well as to OP-2 i.e. HDFC Bankamounting to Rs.6,97,727/-. The complainant stated that he has received the payment and filed an application to withdraw the case as no grievance is left. Heard & application considered. In view of the settlement between the parties the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint.

In view of the settlement, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
