Complainant is repesented by Mr. P. Lyngdoh, advocate. Opposite Party is represented by Mr. I. Kharmujai, advocate. Counsel for OP prays that order dated 14.06.2024 be waived off since Complainant has no objection, cost of Rs 3000 /- imposed on OP for delay is hereby waived off. OP submits the cheque of Rs 2,53,000 /- bearing no ‘648187’, in favour of Varun Shallam, Complainant. Complainant recieves the cheque. OP has complied with the order passed by this Commission. Complainant is satisfied and hence case is disposed off.
