Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2.

Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate made a offer o behalf of the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 that the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 are ready to settle the claim of the Complainant amicably by making payment of Rs.83,000/- and to this effect statement of Sh.A.K.Gandhi, Advocate has been recorded separately.

Similarly Counsel for the Complainant, Sh.S.S.Namdhari, Advocate also suffered as statement that he has heard the above statement of Counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 and same is accepted and further stated that he is ready to get Rs.83,000/- as full and final settlement of the Insurance Policy.

As both the parties have got compromised and as such this complaint is disposed of and accordingly the Opposite Parties are directed to pay the aforesaid settled amount of Rs.83,000/- to the Complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the Opposite Parties will be liable to pay interest thereon @ 12% from the date of filing the complaint till realisation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
