     Vide his separate statement recorded on 07.03.2024, Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Counsel for JD has stated that the draft/cheque for the decretal amount shall be reissued to the complainant/DH within four weeks from 07.03.2024. Vide his statement received through e-mail dated 07.03.2024, Sh.S.R.Bansal, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that in view of the statement of counsel for JD, he withdraw the present execution.

     In view of the e-mail received from the counsel for complainant/DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties shall be bound by the statements of their counsels. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
