                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the Opposite party.

                   File taken up today on an application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. Ld. counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the matter has been settled with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.4,50550/-(Rupees four lacs fifty thousand five hundred fifty only) and the same will be paid to the complainant within 60 days on furnishing of NOC of financier/form35, failing which the opposite party will be liable to make settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA form the date of order.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the aforesaid statement and has no objection if the aforesaid matter is disposed off accordingly.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby settled/disposed off with direction to the opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs.4,50550/-(Rupees four lacs fifty thousand five hundred fifty only) to the complainant within 60 days after submitting the NOC of financier by the complainant, failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e. 08.12.2023 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
