                    The  grouse of the complainant in the instant case is that even after completing all the formalities and lapse of more than three months the Ops NO.1&2 has not decided his claim.   The counsel for the complainant has stated that the complainant is a senior  citizen.  After going through the record and hearing the counsel for the complainant, we direct the Ops No.1&2 to decide the claim of the complainant within 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which they shall be liable to pay Rs.10,000/- to the complainant. In case the complainant is not satisfied with the decision of the Ops No.1&2 then he would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint. Accordingly the complaint stands dispose off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.

                   Dasti of this order be also given to the counsel for the complainant.
