         Ld. Counsel for the complainant-DH has made a statement that he does not want to countinue with the present execution petition since the respondent-JD has made the compliance of the order passed by this Forum and the Complainant DH has received his payment from the Respondent-JD Thus, the present execution petition may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
