Present:          Sh.G.K.Lalit, Advocate for the complainant.

                        Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the opposite party.

                        File put up before LokAdalat on the application of ld. Counsel for the applicant/complainant for settlement of case.  Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that the matter has been settled  with the complainant for full and final amount of Rs.47909/-(Rupees forty seven thousand nine hundred and nine only)  and the OP will make the settled amount within a period of 60 days from the submission of NOC and form 35 by the complainant, failing which  opposite party will be liable to make the settled amount alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of order.

                        Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for OP. Now he has no grievances against respondent.Matter be decided in the light of statement made by the counsel for OP. Complainant will submit NOC, and form 35 to OP on receipt from financer.

            In view of the statements made above by both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of being settled before LokAdalat with direction to the opposite party to pay the alleged amount of Rs.47909/-(Rupees forty seven thousand nine hundred and nine only)to the complainant within 60 days from the date of submission of NOC and form 35 by the complainant, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum on the alleged amount from today i.e. 19.01.2024 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost.File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
