                   Today the case is fixed for issuance of notice to the OPs but the learned counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law and they shall be entitled for benefit of section 14 (3) of The Limitation Act, 1963. Original documents, if any, attached with the present complaint, be returned to the complainant after retaining copy of the same on file.

                   Certified copy of the above order be supplied to the party (s) free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
