An application filed on behalf of Bharti Axa Gen. Ins. Co. for  deletion. As per record the insurance contract is between complainant and Bajaj Alliance. There is no document on record or policy of complainant with Bharti Axa Gen. Ins. Co. In these circumstances application of OP stands allowed. Bharti Axa Gen. Ins. Co. stands deleted from array of parties. Since there is only one OP therefore present complaint is not maintainable against Bharti Axa Gen. Ins. Co. therefore, present complaint is dismissed, however, complainant is at liberty to file complaint against Bajaj Alliance Ins. Co. as per law. File be consigned to record room.
