Present Counsel for the complainant alongwith complainant in person and Counsel for OP and filed compromise dated 12.09.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP is directed to pay an amount of Rs.5,90,000/- as against full & final settlement within 3 weeks from the date of this order subject to transfer of vehicle in their name and other formalities to be done by the complainant.

This order shall be complied with by OP within a period of 3 weeks from the date of order failing which an additional interest @ 10% per annum will be payable on whole of above amount from the date of this order till payment to the complainant. The case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
