Complainant lastly appeared in april 2022. OP states that since Bharti AXA Life Insurance Has been merged into ICICI Lombard Insurance Company. Application also filed on record. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
