Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 4.00 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the applicant. As per the order of this Forum, complainant was asked to get the vehicle repaired and then lodge claim with the respondents Insurance company on repair basis. Counsel for the respondents stated that the applicant has not yet got the vehicle repaired. All this shows that applicant is not at all interested in prosecuting the present execution application. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
