ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. The parties have settled the matter for a total sum of Rs.8,000/- as full and final settlement of the claim. E-mail to this effect alongwith receipt of payment made to the complainant has been received from the counsel for OP. Counsel for complainant states that since the settled amount has been received by the complainant, so he withdraws the present consumer complaint. In this view of the matter, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
