ORDER

Complainant in person Opposite party Exparte. This complaint has been filed by Mohinder Pal Singh against Bharti Airtel to claim monetary compensation on account of woeful deficiency in service. Opposite party failed to appear and was proceded exparte. Complainant adduced exparte evidecne. Therefore after considering unrebutted evidence of complainant, complaint allowed exparte with direction to opposite party to pay monetary compensation of Rs.5000/- and cost of litigation to the tune of Rs.2000/- within one month from the receipt of copy of this order.
