            The complainant in this case is not appearing since 22^nd September, 2017.  Written arguments on behalf of the complainant as also the OP have also not been filed  despite repeated opportunities.  Even on 03.03.2022 notice was directed to be issued to the complainant for today, but the complainant has not bothered to put in

appearance nor filed written arguments.
