            Both parties are found absent and they have not taken any steps through E-mail and E-daakhil.  I perused the case record. It is found that the complainant filed this case through E-Daakhil on 27.05.2022. Thereafter the complainant found absent till today. Hence in view of above circumstances, the commission now feels to dispose of the case on merit of the complaint. On perusal, the available of E-daakhil complaint, documents in case records, the complainant has filed this case for refund of Rs.460/- paid as per offer made by the O.P. on recharge value of Rs.479/-. And the said offer amount was debited from Airtel payment bank account bearing No.7787059217 stands in the name of the complainant Mr. Bignesh Das on 17.03.2022. On verification of the statement of account of Airtel payment Bank Account No. 7787059217 from 23.2.2022 to 23.05.2022, it is found that the amount of Rs.460/- debited towards “Airtel prepaid payment” received from XXX217 on 17.03.2022 again on the same day the said amount refunded by the Airtel bearing transaction No. PH203171057503963. Similar actions again taken place in the Airtel payment Bank account of the complainant on 17.03.2022. There were for two times, the same action taken place and the statement of account of Airtel payment Bank of account No. xxx217 is corroborating the fact. Hence the complainant account credited an amount of Rs.460/- on 17.03.2022 which was refunded by the Airtel Payment Bank. In view of the above circumstances, the complainant is not liable to get any refund from the O.,P. The complaint is sans merit and in the result we dismissed the case. No order as to cost and compensation.
