ORDER

            The applicant/complainant filed the application for release of Rs.18,500/- to the complainant, deposited by the OP with this Forum. Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi-Counsel for respondent-OP No.1 has given no objection for release of amount; vide separate statement recorded on the application itself. The office has reported that amount of Rs.18,500/- vide D.No.778006, dated 4.3.2010 deposited in A/c of DF-I.

             Accordingly, the office is directed to issue a cheque of Rs.18,500/-, alongwith interest, if any, in favour of the applicant-complainant namely Ashok Kumar and the same be handed over to the applicant-complainant against proper receipt and as per rules. The application stands disposed of accordingly.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
