3.    Xiaomi India, C/o Ikeva Business Center, 8th Floor, Umiya Business bay Tower 1, Cessna Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli, Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bangalore-560103.

COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person.

                     Mr.Sanjeev Pabbi, Adv., for the OP No.1.

                     OP No.2 already ex-parte.

                     Mr.Vipul Sharma, Adv., for the Op No.3.

                       

                        Today the case was fixed for filing evidence of the complainant as well as OP No.3. At this stage, counsel for the Op No.3 has made a separate statement in which he states that they have given the complainant the replacement of his old set and in lieu of that they have given him Radmi Note 3, 16 GB. 

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a new handset i.e. Radmi Note 3, 16 GB in exchange of his old mobile. Now he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the above statements, it is made clear that compromise has been made out. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
