                        ORDER

 

                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The complainant has appeared in person and made statement that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence he withdraws his present complaint. Counsel for OP has also made his statement that the complainant has provided the ID proof and the connection has been restored and the grievance of the complainant has been redressed. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
