                                                            ORDER

The case was called out several times but neither the complainant nor anybody else on his behalf has turned up. Same was the position on the last two dates of hearing. Notice of the application was sent to OP but the same had been received back with the report “shifted”. The complainant was to furnish the correct address but it appears that he has not been able to find out the same and therefore none has appeared for the complainant. The application is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution. However, the complainant may file fresh application as and when the correct address of OP comes to his knowledge, as permitted by law.

Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
