CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 333  OF  2020

ORDER

1.        Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Pushkal Chauhan, A.M. Legal of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, out of outstanding bill amount of Rs.88,727/- against the mobile numbers of the complainant i.e. 9779779775 & 9779779776, the complainant has agreed to pay Rs.45,000/- to the OPs within 45 days from today and in case complainant fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, both the aforesaid numbers will be disconnected by the OPs. It has been further stated by him that on deposit of aforesaid amount of Rs.45,000/- by the complainant, the OPs shall waive off remaining amount of Rs.43,727/- within 30 days of making the aforesaid payment. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Rohit Arora, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of Sh.Pushkal Chauhan, A.M.Legal of OPs. It has been further stated by complainant that he will not port out the aforesaid numbers to any other mobile operator till the aforesaid payment of Rs.45,000/- is made by him and in view of the settlement, he does not press any compensation/litigation costs against the OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed off in terms of aforesaid settlement.

2.        In view of the statements made by the parties, the complaint is disposed off being settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made today.

3.        Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
