COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:   Complainant in person.

         Mr.Sanjeev Pabbi, Advocate for Ops.

                       

                                    File taken up today in Lok Adalat for compromise. Counsel for the Ops has made a separate statement in which he states that as a amicable settlement between the parties, Ops offer a compensation of Rs.10,000/- and refund of Rs.2500/- to the complainant for settlement of dispute. Amount will be paid within 30 days from today.

Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he accepts the statement of counsel for the Ops and he withdraws his present complaint as full and final settlement.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, it is made clear that matter has been compromised in Lok Adalat. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as full and final settlement. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
