Statement of counsel for opposite parties No.1&2 has been recorded to the effect that the matter has been compromised. The OPs will close the Airtel payment bank saving account of complainant subject to completion of formalities by him. The opposite parties are ready to pay Rs. 5000/- to complainant as compensation within 30 days from today as full and final settlement.

Statement of Sh. Narotam Singh complainant has also been recorded to the effect that he has heard the statement suffered by counsel for opposite parties No.1&2 and withdraws the complaint.

In view of the statements suffered by counsel for opposite parties No.1&2 as well as complainant, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
