                        The complainant has made statement that he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file the same with the appropriate authority having jurisdiction in the matter. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh with the appropriate authority having jurisdiction in the matter as per law on the same cause of action.
