ORDER

          Vakalatnama on behalf of the OP has been filed.

                   The parties have amicably settled the matter.  The counsel for the OP states that the OP is ready to pay a sum of Rs.4376/- towards roaming charges plus Rs.2000/- towards litigation expenses.  In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.  The counsel for the complainant has accepted the offer of the OP and he wants to withdraw the complaint.  He has also appended a note in this regard on the complaint itself. 

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP shall pay a sum of Rs.4376/- towards roaming charges plus Rs.2000/- towards litigation expenses to the complainant within 30 days from today failing which the OP shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
