The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that due to some technical grounds he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the original documents be returned to the complainant against receipt of Photostat copies thereof. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
