Heard Mr.Chinmay Vaidya, Advocate for the petitioner.  Counsel for the revision petitioner when told he should have filed appeal against the impugned order passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, since appeal is provided under Section 15 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and we would not entertain this Revision Petition, he seeks permission to withdraw the Revision Petition.  Permission is granted.  Hence, the order :-

1.       Revision Petition stands disposed off as withdrawn.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
