AWARD

     Vide separate statement recorded on 15.06.2023, Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Counsel for OPs alongwith Sh.Pushkal Chauhan, A.M.Legal of OPs has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, an amount of Rs.5000/- towards compensation has been given to the complainant in cash in full and final settlement of the present matter. It has been further stated that the complainant has already submitted the request for disconnection of Airtel Black No.1010105154580 having one Broadband and DTH connection of Airtel and no further charges will be claimed from the complainant from 15.06.2023 qua the said services. Vide his separate statement recorded on 15.06.2023, the complainant has admitted the aforesaid statement made on behalf of OPs and prayed that the complaint be disposed off in terms of aforesaid settlement.

     In view of the statements made by the parties, the complaint is disposed off being settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 15.06.2023, as stated above. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
