     2.       Bank of Baroda, Branch Saha, Tehsil Saha, District Ambala (Haryana). PIN   133104. (Through its Branch Manager).

                     Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the case was fixed for leading evidence by the complainant.  However, learned counsel for the OP No.1 has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that OP No.1 is ready to pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.3,500/-, to the complainant in settlement within one month.  Complainant has also suffered a statement that he has heard the abovesaid statement given by the learned counsel for the OP No.1  and agrees with the same and withdraws the present complaint.      

                   In view of the statement suffered by the learned counsel for the OP No.1 and the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that parties shall remain bound by their statements. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
