The  complainant‘s ld  counsel Sri A.Barua is present  today  and  he vide petition  no- 1121/17  prays   on behalf  of the  complainant  to  dismiss  the  proceedings  on  withdrawal  as  both the  parties  settled  the  matter  outside  forum.  The  petition is  accordingly  allowed  and the  complaint  is dismissed  on withdrawal.
