                    The counsel for the Ops has handed over a cheque of Rs.13,400/- to the counsel for the complainant towards full and final settlement, which has been duly received by her. In this view of the matter he has appended a note on the execution application that he withdraws the same.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
