AWARD

          The ld. Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 4 Vide his separate statement recorded on 29.8.2024 Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the OP Company shall pay/transfer an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant or in his account, within 45 days from today, failing which the company shall make the said payment along with interest @12% per annum from today till final payment.” 

2]        The ld. Counsel for the complainant also vide his separate statement of the even date admitted the aforesaid statement of the ld. Counsel for the OPs No.1 & 4 and stated that the complaint be disposed off accordingly.

3]        In view of the statements of the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. OPs No.1 & 4 shall pay/transfer an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant or in his account, within 45 days calculated from 29.8.2024, failing which they shall be liable to pay the said amount along with interest @12% per annum from 29.8.2024 till final payment.

4]   The award is accordingly passed.

5]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
