           The Instant Case Has Been Filed By The Complainant Rajneesh Arora. We Have Gone Through The Entire Materials On Record And We Find That The Instant Case Has Been Filed For Redressal As Regards The Billing Disputes.

          In This Regard We Would Like To Refer The Decision Of The Hon’ble Supreme Court Published In AIR 2010 SC 90 Wherein Hon’ble Court Was Please To Hold That Any Dispute In Respect Of Telephone Bills Is Not Entertainable By This Forum Where There Is A Specific Provision U/S 7B Of Indian Telegraph Act.

          In View Of The Above Position We Are Of The View That The Instant Case Is Not Maintainable And It Lacks Jurisdiction.

          Hence, Ordered,

          That The Instant Complaint Case Bearing No.503 Of 2012 Stands Rejected For Want Of Jurisdiction.

          Complainant Is At Liberty To Agitate The Matter In Issue On The Self Same Cause Of Action Before The Appropriate Forum.
