We have gone through the contents of the complaint. The very complaint is not maintainable as the 3 mobile connections under one corporate account in the name of Rajamane Telectric Pvt. Ltd., has been taken by the Complainant. The said connections are taken for commercial purpose. When such being the fact, this forum has no jurisdiction to try the case, since the Complainant is not come within the purview of Sec.2(1)d of CP Act. The only option left open to the Complainant to approach the competent court of law having got jurisdiction to try the same. Accordingly this complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.

 

2. Return the documents if any produced by the Complainant with proper acknowledgement.
