Notice to complainant was issued for appearance at previous date as she did not make compliance of order for service of opposite parties. Summon of complainant has been received duly served under her signature but still she is not present today and even she has not made compliance of order dated 10.04.2023. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint as she has not appeared before this Commission despite personal service and moreso she has not made compliance of order of this Commission for issuing process against the opposite party. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Commission. 

A copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
