Sh.Sharad Kumar Bhatnagar-authorized agent of complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately:-
“Due to technical defect(jurisdiction), I do not press this complaint at this stage. It be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant reserves her right to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent authority”.
