     Complaint was received through e-filing. The complainant was directed to submit the complaint with complete documents as per requirement and procedure but neither complainant has turned up nor compliance has been made despite intimation having been sent to the complainant through e-mail. Hence, this complaint is filed. The complainant is left at liberty to file fresh complaint separately as per requirement and procedure, as permissible under the law.
