ORDER

 The parties have settled the matter for Rs.2000/-. The counsel for the OP has paid Rs.2000/- in cash to the complainant, which he has duly received. In this view of the matter the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. 

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
