Present:- Sh.Kapil Dev, Partner of M/s.R.K. Associates, Complainant's Firm in Person.

 

Office report seen. Sh.Kapil Dev, Partner of M/s.R.K. Associates appeared in Person and made a statement that due to some technical defects in the present complaint, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Permission may be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and Original documents may kindly be returned to him.

In view of the statement suffered by Partner of M/s.R.K. Associates, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the Complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. Original documents be returned to the Complainant. File be consigned to the record room.
