1)  M/s.Bhargavi Builders, represented by its Managing Partner

     B.Sravan Kumar, R/o. Flat No.303, Bhargavi Heights, Bhavaninagar,

     Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad.

2)  Boyapally Sravan Kumar S/o Janaiah, Age:41 years, Occ: Managing

     Partner of M/s Bhargavi Builders, R/o. Flat No.303, Bhargavi Heights,

     Bhavaninagar, Dilshuknagar, Hyderabad.

3)  Kunuru Savithramma W/o Mallesham, Age:41 years, Occ: Partner 

     of M/s Bhargavi Builders, R/o Flat No.501,SPS Residency,

     H.No.3-9- 554/37, Mansoorabad, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

                                                                                               …OPPOSITE PARTIES.

 

        This complaint  coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri M.V.Raghava Rao, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri G.Ramalingam Goud, Advocate for Opposite Parties No.1 to 3, and  on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

 

 

ORDER OF THE FORUM DELIVERED

BY SRI D.SINGARA CHARY, PRESIDENT

 

        The parties filed a memo of compromise signed by both the learned counsels.  They pray that in terms of compromise the matter may be disposed off.  Therefore, the complaint is disposed off in terms of compromise.  It is directed that the terms and conditions so filed and signed by parties and the learned counsels shall be made part of this Order.  No costs.
