The case of the complainant as made out from the complainant in short is that as per the advertisement of the O.Ps in the daily Newspapers, he had registered his name as a customer vide Regd. No.Y1779088 dt.06.07.2021. He had also paid a sum of Rs.3186/- towards registration fees. The complainant further alleges that during registration, the O.Ps had not stated about the conditions and are intentionally harassing him by calling him to their office, provided photographs of different ladies without giving their contact numbers and the O.Ps have failed to provide proper candidate for him. Hence the complainant has filed this case.
2. The O.Ps having not contested this case were set exparte vide order dt.25.2.2022.
3. The complainant has submitted his written notes of argument, perused the case record and the annexure of copy of receipt showing payment of Rs.3186/- by the customer Anirudha Choudhury, the complainant. It is allegation of the complainant that the O.Ps had harassed him by calling him to their office, not providing suitable candidate for him and also furnishing photographs of different ladies without giving their contact or mobile numbers. These allegations as raised by the complainant are absolutely lacking corroborative evidence and there is no agreement in order to arrive at a conclusion that the O.Ps have committed deficiency in service and are thus liable. Hence, in absence of an iota of evidence, this Commission cannot hold the O.Ps liable for the allegations as made against them by the complainant. Accordingly it is ordered;
ORDER
