          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.85,000/- towards economical loss and also to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony, physical strain and deficiency in service and Rs.17,000/- towards cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.  No representation also.   Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.   No cost.
